Blue Mystic Movements is the first album created by Yona the Bear (P. Tucker Worley). This 10 song record is an exploratory musical journey that follows the travels of Yona the Bear as he goes deep into the Blue Smoke Mountains in his search for the healing waters of the Atagahi (The Lake of the Animals). Fear and Inadequacy haunt the trees of the Mystic Forest, and as Yona makes his way through the mist, he fights to remain confident in his search for survival.

The album is composed of original compositions as well as samples from influential figures such as Audre Lorde, Dave Brubeck, Bob Marley, Salvador Dali, Erykah Badu and several others. The album should be listened to on stereo headphones and preferably alone. "For me, this album has been an awakening of self, of potential and growth, not only for myself as a human being but also as an artist."
